Cancelled and Rescheduled Events

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we’ll alert you ASAP.

Cancelled Events

You’ll get an automatic refund for registration bought online.

Rescheduled Events

We’ll contact you with the new date and time. Can’t make the new date? You’ll get a refund upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since we must notify the venue in advance the number of seats we require, the standard policy for our seminar is no refunds. However if you can’t make it, we’ll try and place you in a seminar on a different date if there are available spaces left. Just contact us as soon as possible.

This refund policy ONLY applies to Strategic Fundraising Group Seminars LLC and not for other services Strategic Fundraising Group LLC provides.
